Bankruptcy FEE
« on: Mar 17, 2011, 06:35:03 AM »
The deposit will remain the same £450.00 but the fee is going up 4th April 2011 to £175.00. If your on benefits you won't have to pay it and can complete an EX160 remission form.

Just to let you know!

Hi Madison85

As far as I am aware, it is just that change on the personal insolvency side. However, we hear anything else we will be sure to let you know.
