CCJ to pay..
« on: Aug 04, 2010, 07:01:01 PM »
Hi there
I hope you can help me.
I have received a CCJ to pay £5,000 - nursery fees. The background is that the manager there didn't manage our monthly payments, caused a whole lot of hassle and in the end I pulled my child out and the next thing we received a CCJ - no warning letters nothing!
Reluctantly I offered them a payment of £40 per month - they have now come back to me saying they will accept £2500 now and 6 monthly payments of £420!
Is this me or is he being totally unrealistic? I feel he knows this is nowhere near possible and is therefore forcing me down the court route!
Therefore, what are my options? What can I do to ge tthis mess sorted out?
Many thanks!
