Bankruptcy?
« on: Dec 21, 2009, 06:32:37 AM »
Basically i have lots of bills to pay off but have absolutely no means of paying them. I have been told that maybe the best way is to claim bankruptcy. I just wanted to know from you all whether claiming bankruptcy is a wise move or not. I am 24 years old and have never been in as much debt as i am now in.

Craig... I see you on this site every day asking questions.

You seem to be the sort of person that knows and understands your destiny but refuses to accept it.

You need to actually speak to someone, whether that is me, or the CAB or the Insolvency Service or the CCCS I really do not mind, but please seek some advice from an impartial organisation and get your life in order.

There is always a positive solution to every negative situation if you look hard enough. Knowledge is power!!

Best of luck
