BALIFF COSTS
« on: Mar 30, 2009, 12:07:06 PM »
WE ARE A COMPANY WHO HAS JUST HAD A JUDGEMENT PASSED ON US.  WE HAD MOVED ADDRESS AND WAS SERVED NO PAPERS. LATER A HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT OFFICER ( S0 HE SAYS IT WAS ONLY A SMALL CLAIMS COURT) CALLED AT THE OLD ADDRESS.  THE COMPANY THEN PAID THE AMOUNT OUTSTANDING TO THE CREDITORS, HOWEVER THIS CHAP RANG AND SAID WE OWE HIS EXPENSES WHICH ARE THREE TIMES MORE THAN THE DEBT.  DO THEY HAVE THE RIGHT FOR THIS, WHERE DO WE STAND LEGALLY.

Its best to get some legal advice on the matter, then you'll know exactly where you stand and then know what step to make next.
