not enough cash to pay for bankruptcy?

hello,stupid question i know,what if i have not got enough cash to pay £345 deposit,can i still go in and petition for bankruptcy?

take out a loan with someone like provident etc. they wont do a credit check and wont ask what the money is for. use the money to declare yourself bankrupt. as a bankrupt, you wont have to repay it.

I would double check but I thought you could apply for hardship and get it for free or get a reduction if you are unemployed.
