« on: Sep 17, 2007, 04:05:45 PM »
i've just discovered that I forgot to include another creditor in my list of details sent to the OR. That was was 3 weeks ago. what should i do? tell the OR, do nothing, tell the creditor i'm now bancrupt? or pay the debt off myself (it's only a cuple of hundred),

totaly confused now.

Don't worry, it happens all the time. Just tell the OR, they won't be mad at you. The OR will then inform your creditor although you can tell them yourself if you wish as well.

Certainly don't pay off the debt. All your debts, whether declared or not, are included in the bankruptcy. Thats why your bankruptcy is advertised. If it is public knowledge, the creditor cannot say the fact was kept from them.
