forms needed to go bankrupt.
« on: Mar 24, 2016, 06:46:11 PM »
I am thinking about going bankrupt as am in £23,000 of debt, I have not worked since January this year, I have applied for over 70 jobs and had only 7 interviews of which I did not get. I share a rented home with my sister who cannot help me at all as she does not earn enough. I have one more rent amount that I can pay, should I go bankrupt and if so what forms do you need and can I get them on-line?
I hope someone can offer some advice.

I'm a little late to the table having only just joined the forum.

I cannot categorically confirm that Bankruptcy is the correct option without knowing more details from however on the face of it, it sounds like it may well be on the assumption you have no employment income and no assets and no job.

Bankruptcy has now changed and this is done online, rather than filling in paper forms and lodging them with the Court.

I am not able to post a link on here.

try taking the gaps out of this and posting it to Google for the relevant advice and links to apply to become Bankrupt.
