Iva breach but no missed payments
« on: Dec 21, 2013, 02:01:43 PM »
Ok, in an iva three years up in jan, never missed a payment. Iva company sold portfolio, so new iva company. Iva co asked for income and expenses 2 months early. Am self employed and accountant slow to provide accounts. Standard reminder letters received and responded with phone calls to assure best intention to get info ASAP. Gone over deadline and now received breach letter after passing some info yesterday by e mail, so correspondence crossed in post. Will be writing on Monday to explain delay and hopefully passing accounting data too. Should I be worried. I also have someone who can clear my debt for me. Advice please

Hi Anon77

There is absolutely no need to be concerned about this. The last thing the new IVA company wants to do is have to fail your IVA. They are just following their internal processes. I am sure that the information you have now sent them is enough to sort everything out.
