Roderick Julian Jones was fined on 18/12/07 at a disciplinary from ICAEW for being negligent in the
management of an IVA. He extended the original 4 year term to 9 years without discussion with the parties or
disclosure of the fact that he levied monthly management fees for the whole 9 year period. He was ejected from
the ICAEW and now has to work via the Secretary of State. He even made the Encyclopaedia Britannica as a
result. And, for validation of my comments, the case reference for the disciplinary hearing was D4978, with Jones being reprimanded, fined £2500 and ordered to pay £6000 in costs.
