why is everyone pointing towards iva's thats more debts, carolee i can help you with these fraudulent debts that you do not need to pay off, another good way is to wait for your debts to be sold to debt collectors this will make your debt void as its been sold check out the bills of exchange act its all their. stop paying your debts if you need help then im your man.

Could you expand at all on how you feel the Bills of Exchange Act could render a debt which is sold to a third party void debtlifeline?

In total agreement with you James, IVA is the way forward. I don't quite understand debtlifeline, why would you propose and IVA isant the way forward?
